Our solution
We supplied a foam barrel buoy coated in a high-performance polyurethane elastomer skin to ensure low maintenance and long service life. For maximum operational life we recommended Kevlar reinforcement of the skin for extra tear resistance. This provides optimum protection from contact with large heavy vessels and the ability to cope with variable weather conditions.
The buoy is 4.1m long and 2.2m diameter, making it ideal for mooring large vessels.
